On
March 18 - 20, 2011 we had our annual
Spring lily Bulb Sale at the
Iowa
Flower, Lawn and Garden Show at the All Iowa Fairgrounds.
The Iowa Regional Lily Society offered 34 varieties of lily bulbs of Asiatic,
La Hybrid, Oriental and Orienpet.
Over 2200 bulbs were packed and
labeled by IRLS members in the Cedar Rapids area for the Sale. With about 1550 being sold to our members.
As always
the Sale was a great success. Both in selling the lily bulbs and creating an interest in Lilies with the public.
